浙江工贸职业技术学院 毕 业 论 文（设计） 题 目: 寻边器外盒模具设计 姓 名: 专 业: 模具设计与制造 系 部: 汽车与机械工程学院 学 号: 0910202126 指导教师: 职 称： 2011年 10月 20日 寻边器外盒模具设计 摘要：通过对寻边器外盒塑件的设计分析，设计出该塑件的模具。在整个模具设计过程中，涉及到了塑件的结构设计、注塑机和模架的选择及注塑机的一些重要工艺参数的校核，并详细叙述了模具设计中的分型面设计、浇注系统设计、成型零件设计、抽芯机构设计、顶出机构设计和冷却系统设计，最后还对成型零件制订加工工艺方案。 在模具设计过程中，采用了UGNX5、AutoCAD等著名的设计分析软件，采用这些软件进行设计分析，优化了设计的参数和缩短了设计时间，提高了设计效率。 通过整个模具设计，本人能够熟练地使用当前常用的设计分析软件，学会了根据计算或者依据经验选择一些参数, 增加了对注塑模具的了解。 关键词：模具设计；参数；工艺；分型面 A Bell Bracket Plate Mold Design Abstract: Based on a bell boards cut plastic parts stent design analysis, design out of the plastic mold. In the mold design process, usingUGNX5, AutoCAD and other famous design analysis software, using these design analysis software to optimize the design parameters and reduce design time and improve the design efficiency. Through the entire mold design, I have become proficient in using the current commonly used in design analysis software to learn based on experience, based on calculations, or select some parameters to increase the understanding of injection molds.
