东华理工大学长江学院 毕 业 设 计 题 目直线工位热缩管加工装置—结构设计 英文题目Straight line workstation heat shrinkable tube processin device structure design 学生姓名： 申请学位门类：工学学士 学 号： 专 业： 机械工程机自动化 系 别： 机械与电子工程学院 指导教师： 职称： 副教授 二零一三年六月 东华理工大学长江学院毕业设计 摘要 摘 要 随着当今社会的发展，科技的快速进步，热缩管由于一些方面优异的性能，在许多领域得到广泛的使用，特别是应用于各种线束、焊点、电感的绝缘保护，金属管、棒的防锈、防蚀等方面。热缩管的出现体现了对现代生产安全、生活质量方面的要求越来越高。在热缩管的加工制作过程中，高质量的设备和合理的加工工艺是加工材料的重要条件。 本设计利用AUTO-CAD,SOILD-WOKES等设计软件画出零件图装配图以及结合机械设计、机械原理等知识查阅机械设计手册等各种书籍对直线工位热缩管的加工装置结构进行结构设计，并对各零件部的强度和刚度进行了设计分析和计算，使直线工位热缩管的加工装置符合生产的要求。 本设计分为四个装置，分为间歇传动装置、切割装置、加热装置、捏合装置。 本装置具有自动化程度高，结构简单，易于操作等优点。但是也有一些缺点，其中最大的缺点就是热缩管的收缩率不能得到精确的控制，只能大概的控制在较大的范围内，所以对于精度要求高的热缩管不太合适。 关键词 ：热缩管、AUTO-CAD,SHOID-WOKES Abstract Along with the development of todays society, the rapid progress of science and technology, heat shrinkable tube due to some aspects of the outstanding performance, widely used in many fields, especially applied in all kinds of wire, solder, the inductance of the insulation protection, metal pipe, rust, corrosion, etc. Heat shrinkable tube of the emergence of modern production security, quality of life requirements higher and higher. In the process of thermal shrinkage tube processing production, high quality equipment and reasonable processing technology is the important condition of processing materials.
