本 科 毕 业 设 计 (论 文) 一株脱氮光合细菌的分离、筛选及性能研究 Isolation and Characterization of a Denitrifying Photosynthetic Bacteria Strain 学 院： 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 2011年 6月 毕业设计（论文）中文摘要 一株脱氮光合细菌的分离、筛选及性能研究 摘 要：为了解决食品厂污水处理问题，本实验筛选出一株可高效脱氮的光合细菌来降解污水。从自然界及市售光合细菌液中分离出数株光合细菌，将其接种到自制模拟废水中，测定其去除总氮能力，选取去除率最高的一株光合细菌，测定其去除总磷、氨氮、化学需氧量的能力，并对其进行形态观察。结果表明，用筛选到的光合细菌SY②-7降解模拟废水，总氮去除率为67.99 %，氨氮去除率为58.20 %，总磷去除率为35.91 %，化学需氧量去除率为45.37 %；SY②-7经革兰氏染色结果为阴性，短杆菌，大小为（0.5～1.0）×（1.0～3.0）μm,液体纯培养物为粉红色，平板菌落为圆形，橘黄色。 关键词：光合细菌；富集；分离；脱氮率；形态观察 毕业设计（论文）外文摘要 Isolation and characterization of a denitrifying photosynthetic bacteria strain Abstract: The purpose of my experiment was to get a photosynthetic bacteria strain with high ability of denitrification and to provide technical information for application of photosynthetic bacteria in the cleaning of sewage from food plant. Several strains of photosynthetic bacteria were isolated from nature and merchant photosynthetic bacteria product. They were used to treat home-made simulated sewage and the ability of denitrification was tested. Finally one strain of photosynthetic bacteria with highest denitrification capability was selected and observed, then its ability of eliminating total phosphor, ammoniacal nitrogen and chemical oxygen demand(COD) was also tested. The result showed that the selected photosynthetic bacteria SY②-7 moved 67.99 % of total nitrogen, 58.20 % of ammoniacal nitrogen,35.91 % of total phosphor and 45.37 % of COD. SY②-7 was belong to brevibacterium and Gram-negative. Its size is （0.5～1.0）×（1.0～3.0）μm. The liquid culture was pink and the colony was round and saffron yellow.
