精品 精品 精品 编号 本科生毕业设计（论文） 题目：“Concepts of Women ”in Lady Chatterley’s Lover 外国语 学院 英 语 专业 学 号 0731073 学生姓名 指导教师 讲 师 二〇一一年六月 摘 要 戴·赫·劳伦斯是二十世纪英国文学史上最富有争议的作家，也是世界文坛上最伟大的作家之一。作为一位有争议的作家，几十年来劳伦斯及其作品一直处于批评家的讨论中。《查特莱夫人的情人》则更是他所有作品中最受非议的一部。对此作品的探究，批评家们一般聚焦于其象征主义、性爱主题及男女关系，对其中的女性观涉及未广，劳伦斯作为女性解放的一位推动者他所写的小说关注的不单单是梅勒斯和康妮的爱情故事,而更在于通过其努力,探索出一条女性解放的真正道路。所以本文将聚焦于劳伦斯的收山之作查泰莱夫人的情人中的女性观，探索女性在婚姻，在性关系中的地位以及劳伦斯的两性和谐的基础。从中我们将发现劳伦斯在女性观念中的积极意义，但是我们也可以发现劳伦斯对妇女的态度不是简单的爱恨交织而是随着时间的推移有所改变，劳伦斯也有其保守倾向和局限性。 关键词：女性观；婚姻地位；性关系地位；局限性 Abstract D. H. Lawrence has been considered as one of the most important writers in world literature and the most controversial writer in British literature in the twentieth century. As a controversial writer, his works received a lot of criticism for years, for which he suffered a lot, too. Lady Chatterley’s Lover is the most controversial one of his works. For the study of this work, many critics focused their attention on the symbolism, the sexual theme and the relationship between men and women in his works, but the study of his views on women is still limited. As an encourager of female liberation, Lawrence’s novel is concerned not just with the love affair between Connie and Mellors but with Lawrence’s efforts in figuring out a real way for female liberation. So this article will focus on the concepts of women in Lady Chatterley’s Lover which is the last novel in Lawrence’s literary life, to study the status of female in marriage, their sex dilemmas and the basis of Lawrence’s sexual consummation. From the study we can find that Lawrence’s attitude towards women is not simply a mixture of love and hate, his views on women had been changing with time. Although there are positive views and significances on women in Lady Chatterley’s Lover, in my view, there are also conservatism and limitation in Lawrence’s views on women.
