PAGE 毕业设计说明书 题 目Z3050摇臂钻床预选阀体加工工艺及专用夹具设计 系 、 部： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 职称 专 业： 班 级： 完成时间： 摘 要 本次设计的课题是Z3050摇臂钻床预选阀的机械加工工艺及工艺装备。本设计旨在提高Z3050摇臂钻床预选阀的加工效率，由此我们首先对预选阀的结构和工艺进行了仔细的分析，然后确定了一套合理的加工方案对其进行加工。加工方案要求简单，操作方便，并能保证零件的加工质量。最后,依照确定好的方案，按照正确的加工工序将它加工出来，并使之满足零件的设计要求。此外，为了提高劳动生产率，降低劳动强度，保证加工质量，需设计夹具，以满足加工过程的需要。 预选阀体是一种液压元件，它五个表面均需要铣削加工，孔Φ40H7的加工精度，及各油路孔系的位置精度要求高，此外还需要加工一系列的螺纹孔。根据零件材料确定毛坯为铸件，由任务书知生产批量为中批，所以毛坯的铸件方法采用砂型机器造型。本次设计的夹具为第14道工序-钻左视图各油孔及孔Φ5.8深68的专用夹具，该夹具适用于Z3050摇臂钻床。 关键词: 预选阀体；铣削加工；铸件 ABSTRACT The title of the design is Z3050 radial drill drilling machine Valve machine-finishing technological process and work equipment. This design is for the purpose of enhancing the Z3050 radial drill drilling machine shell the processing efficiency. So at first, we need to take analysis of the structure and technics of the shell, and then find out a reasonable processing method, which should be simple, operate conveniently and make sure the machining quality. At last, we carry through machining according to the decided process and right procedure to meet the design demand. Besides that, for the sake of enhancing work productivity, reducing the work force and making certain the quality, we need to design special clamp. Valve is a pre-selection of hydraulic components, it requires five surface milling, Φ40 H7-precision machining, and the location of the Circuit-high accuracy, in addition to the processing needs of a series of screw hole. According to identify parts of rough material for castings, from the tasks for the bulk of that production in the grant, so the rough sand casting method used machine modeling. The design of the fixture for the first 50 operations - drilling of the hole and left view Φ8.7 deep hole for the 68 fixture, the fixture apply to the Z3050 radial drilling machine.
