The value of a company by its book value and intangible assets value， and intangible assets value is greater than the book value， company， the intangible assets， mainly derived from the value of intellectual property， therefore， the assets of the knowledge-based intellectual no doubt， become the core competitiveness of enterprises to improve the most valuable resources， how to attract and encourage knowledge-based employees are the managers great concern.
