马来酸罗格列酮联合格列美脲、二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察 南通大学第三附属医院糖尿病中心（无锡，214041） 华文进 韩勤芬 陈慧 薛俊 【摘　要】目的 观察马来酸罗格列酮(RGS)对2型糖尿病病人的疗效和安全性。方法128例糖尿病病人按随机原则分为RGS组（66例）及对照(Con)组（62例），观察治疗前后空腹及餐后2小时血糖(FPG,2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）及胰岛素(INS)的变化。结果 连续服RGS三月后，其FPG、2hPG、HbA1c及FINS与试验前比较差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）；与对照组比较差异也有统计学意义（P 0.05）。对肝肾功能等无影响。结论 RGS能显著降低血糖并改善胰岛素的敏感性，且无明显不良影响，可作为糖尿病治疗的重要手段。 【关键词】 2型糖尿病；胰岛素抵抗；罗格列酮 Therapeutic effect observation of Avandia with glimepiride and metformin in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes HUA Wen-jin, HAN Qin-fen,CHEN Hui,et al.Diabetes center,Third Afflilated Hhospital, Nantong University, Jiangsu Wuxi 214041,Ghina. 【Abstract】Objective This study was designed to observe efficacy and safety of Avandia(rosiglitazone) in treatment of Type 2 Diabetes mellitus. Method A total of 128 patients with Type 2 Diabetes was selected. All patients were divided randomly into two groups, Avandia group and control group. In Avandia group, Avandia (4mg,qd) with Anniping(glimepiride,2mg,qd) and Glucophage (metformin,850mg,qd) were taken orally for 3 months. In control group, only Anniping(2mg,qd) and Glucophage(850mg,qd) were taken. FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, FINS and some safety indexes were determined before, during and after the treatment in two groups. Results Both groups were effective in treatment of Type 2 Diabetes. However, efficacy in Avandia group was significantly greater than that in control group (P 0.05 ) when laboratory testing results were compared in two groups. Conclusion Avandia , could greatly improve insulin sensitivity and lower the blood glucose in patients with Type 2 Diabetes, when used with the other anti-diabetes
