浅述绿色建筑节能因素 　　摘要：绿色建筑的兴起，是时代的必然产物。它能最大限度的，有效的推进可持续发展战略的实现。绿色建筑也是关系到国计民生的大事。绿色建筑的理念就是节能理念，但是在绿色建筑的施工和后期运营阶段，出现了很多影响节能的因素。本文笔者根据多年工作的经验，对影响绿色节能建筑的相关因素进行了探讨。 　　关键词：绿色建筑，可持续发展，节能，因素 　　Abstract: the rise of the green building, is the inevitable outcome of the era. It can maximum limit, effective promote the realization of the sustainable development strategy. Green building is also related to the event and the peoples livelihood. The idea of green architecture is energy conservation idea, but in the green building construction and operation of the late stage, there are many influence factors of
