腰部夹脊穴加用温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨腰椎间盘突出症采用腰部夹脊穴加用温针灸治疗的临床效果。方法 便利选取自2014年7月―2015年7月间来该院接受治疗的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者，采用随机数法将患者均分为2组，对照组（45例）患者采用腰部夹脊穴加用常规针刺治疗，研究组（45例）患者采用腰部夹脊穴加用温针灸治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效，并采用VAS评分及ODI评分对两组患者治疗前后的疼痛和功能障碍进行调查。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%，对照组75.56%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后，研究组患者VAS评分（1.86±0.54）分，ODI评分（12.85±1.59）分，对照组患者VAS评分（3.54±1.02）分，ODI评分（18.24±2.13）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 在腰椎间盘突出症临床治疗中采用腰部夹脊穴加用温针灸治疗，能够有效的缓解患者的疼痛症状，安全有效，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 腰部夹脊穴；温针灸；腰椎间盘突出症 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）01（a）-0162-03 　　[Abstract] Objective T investigate the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion waist clip ridge point with warm acupuncture clinical effect. Methods Snce July 2014 - July 2015 to our hospital for treatment of 90 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse patients were divided into two groups by random number method， the control group （45 cases） were treated by the waist clip ridge point combined with conventional acupuncture treatment， the research group （45 cases） were treated by the waist clip ridge point with warm acupuncture， to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients， and USES the VAS score and ODI scores of two groups of patients before and after treatment of pain and dysfunction in the investigation. Results After treatment， the treatment group patients the total effective rate was 93.33%，in the control group， 75.56%. The difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）， after treatment， patients in the study group， VAS score （1.86±0.54）points， ODI score （12.85 ±1.59） points， the VAS score of the control group （3.54±1.02）points， ODI score （18.24±2.13） points， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion In clinical treatment of lumbar disc prolapse by the waist clip ridge point plus with warm acupuncture treatment， can effectively reduce the pain of patients with symptoms， safe， effective and worth popularization and application. 　　[Key words] The waist clip ridge point； Wen acupuncture； Lumbar disc disease
