试谈述城市批发市场周边交通 　　【摘 要】随着城市化进程不断加快,城市用地日益紧张。城市交通也面临着一系列前所未有的挑战。为适应经济社会的发展,如何建立快速、便捷、舒适、高效的城市交通系统,是城市面临的必须解决的难题[1]。特别是城市商业区,由于各种商贸活动导致大量的人流,车流,货物流集中。从而引发了一系列交通问题。本文以临沂市通达路为例,在对其道路交通现状调查分析的基础上,总结现状存在的问题及形成原因,提出几点措施以改善目前通达路交通混乱的状况。 　　【关键词】交通混杂;抢道;逆行;人车分流;机非分流;渠化交叉口?? 　　Tries to elaborate the city wholesale market peripheral transportation?ぁ?―Take the Linyi wholesale market understanding road transportation as the example 　　Wang Li-hua,Liu Fu-zhi 　　(School of Architecture,Qingdao Technological University Qingdao Shangdong 266033) 　　【Abstract】With the accelerating process of urbanization, vehicle ownership is growing increasingly tense urban land. In this paper, Tongda Road Linyi City, for example, in the investigation and analysis of its traffic based on the summary status and causes of the problems, put forward measures to improve the accessibility status of road traffic chaos. 　　【Key words】The transportation is promiscuous;Snatches the path;Going against the flow;Person vehicle divergence;Machine non-divergence;Channelized intersection?? 　　1. 概况 　　临沂市拥有全国最大的商品批发市场,商品贸易活动辐射20多个省、市、自治区,日流动人口达35万人次[2] 　　此文研究的范围是红旗路和水田路之间的 　　通达路(见图1),此段路两侧云集着大量的批发市场:服装、箱包、鞋帽批发市场等各种商铺和购物中心……人流,车流,货物流复杂,道路交通混杂。行人过街危险,市民乘车不便。本文以此路段为例旨在指出临沂市道路交通现状及存在问题并提出可行性解决措施。 　　图1 　　2. 临沂市道路交通现状及存在的问题 　　2.1 车流量大,市内活动的车辆种类繁多,公共交通使用率低。 　　(1)由于临沂市是全国最大的批发城,伴随着各种货物的配送,转运与调配,各种公共货车,私家货车成为临沂车流的另一主力军。 　　(2)由于公交线网结构不完善,公交站点的设置不能满足就近换乘的需要,可达性低。此时,载人载货的电动三轮车充分发挥了作用:a对于市区内不需要货车运送的少量小件货物,人们一般会选择电动三轮车运送。b由于乘坐电动三轮车价格低,可达性好。因此,三轮车不仅仅是运送货物,更多的时候是人们逛街购物的主要交通工具。
