Acceptance shows the writer’s desire of closing business with the buyer or seller. 6.1 Acceptance Notes Acceptance must be confirmed and accepted by the parties concerned. Acceptance should be unconditional and definite. Words indicating an acceptance: “accept”, “agree” and “confirm” etc. Acceptance can be made both by the buyer and seller. In practice, the offeree may add some limitations or make some modifications. 6.1 Acceptance An effective acceptance must comprise the following conditions: It must be a complete acceptance of a firm offer by the offeree. It will be valid with the agreement of the offeree specified in the offer. It will be effective when the acceptance reaches the offerer within the valid time. It will be valid after the acceptance made
