锅炉自动控制剖析 　　摘 要：随着经济技术不断发展，锅炉控制系统也经历了复杂的发展过程，在漫长的发展过程中，锅炉从简单到复杂、从手动到自动不断发生质的变化，实现了当前自动控制锅炉系统。在60年代初期，我国锅炉控制还是人工操作阶段，通过机械设备对锅炉进行管理，锅炉的整体燃烧主要是凭司炉工经验进行操作。90年代，计算机进入到各项生产领域中，计算机在工业锅炉自动测试和控制方面也形成了独特的技术特征，生产活动中也起到了重要的作用，随着技术的不断完善成熟，当前，锅炉操作中，已经利用微机管理代替了常规仪表。通过微机处理操作，全面实现了工业锅炉自动化的控制、调节和管理，减少了大量的人力劳动，锅炉的整体运行性能提高了、工作环境改善了，可以说，自动化控制使锅炉热效率达到了历史最佳，能够节约燃料4%-5%，发挥了锅炉应用作用。 　　关键词：锅炉；自动控制；技术 　　中图分类号：TK32 文献标志码：A 文章编号：2095-2945（2018）07-0175-02 　　Abstract： With the continuous development of economy and technology， boiler control system has also experienced a complex development process. In the long process of development， the boiler has changed fundamentally from simple to complex， from manual to automatic， developing into the current automatic boiler control system. In the beginning of the 60s， the boiler control in China was in the manual operation stage， managed through mechanical equipment， and the overall combustion of the boiler is mainly based on the experience of the boiler operator. In the 90s， the computer entered into various fields of production， formed a unique technical characteristic in the industrial boiler automatic testing and control， and played an important role in production activities. With the continuous improvement and maturity of technology， at present， in boiler operation， microcomputer management has been used instead of conventional instruments. Through microcomputer processing operation， the automatic control， regulation and management of industrial boiler are realized in an all-round way， and a large amount of human labor is reduced， the overall operating performance of boiler is improved， and the working environment is improved. Automatic control makes boiler thermal efficiency reach the best in history， can save fuel by 4%-5%， and play a role in boiler application. 　　Keywords： boiler； automatic control； technology 　　1 概述 　　经济发展离不开能源生产，当前，人们对能源依赖度增强，能源在人们生活中起到了应有的作用。人们日常对能源的消费力逐渐增长，但是，在这种全面增长的能源消耗背后，却隐藏着对环境的污染与破坏，而传统锅炉操作已经不适应现代社会发展，更不符合环保要求，在技术日益发展
