It put to use the ways of Literature Review, Case Study, Interviewing, Questionnaire, and Mathematical Statistics to have a survey. It takes Science - technology - economic - social interaction theory and Social mechanism of operation power theory as the analysis frame, analyzes the interaction between University Sport and Community Sport system relations and its influence factors, interaction demands, interactive mechanism and change, interactive forms, interactive principle, interactive content and interactive method. It aims at give a theory and practice advice for the interaction between University Sport and Community Sport. The main points as below: The system of reaction between University Sport and Community Sport include University Sports, Community Sports, Government and Society, and there are three main feedback circles reaction in it. The needs of Community Sports to University Sports include sports organization and guidance, economy aims, infrastructure provides, assistance activities increase sports group influence; the needs of university sports to the Community Sports is to obtain boost funding, qualified students training, improve the win-win interaction; the common needs include the need obtaining funds for sports development support, require improving the sports economy; the sports knowledge becoming individual sports capacity; and the positive effect of sports culture atmosphere. University Sports and community Sports interactive dynamic mechanism, control mechanism and guarantee mechanism are shown as dynamic body, power transmission medium, dynamic development and transformation.
