万方数据 万方数据 河北工 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 i 摘 要 党的十七大报告曾提出：“加强和改进思想政治工作，要注重人文关怀和心理疏 导，用正确方式处理人际关系。”十八大报告中也指出，要通过思想政治教育的人文 关怀培育自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态。通过党的这些决定可以看出， 在思想政治教育过程中强化人文关怀已成为了必然选择。特别是针对于大学生开展的 思想政治教育工作，作为提高大学生思想道德素质的最主要手段，更要大力发扬人文 精神。这对于顺应新时期的教学改革形势，强化大学生对思想政治教育的心理认同， 实现高校思想政治教育效果的最大化和最优化至关重要。然而就目前的情况来看，我 国大学生思想政治教育人文关怀的现状喜忧参半，既取得了一定的成果，同时也存在 一定的问题。总体看来，影响关怀效果的主要因素既有教育者、学校的原因，也有大 学生自身的原因。要研究大学生思想政治教育人文关怀的运用对策，从教育者角度来 看，要转变教育者的教育观念，提高师资队伍的人文素养，满足大学生的心理诉求， 从而发挥人文关怀的主导性作用。从学校角度来看，学校应加大关怀力度，发挥人文 关怀主阵地作用。通过完善高校人文关怀的长效机制，优化高校人文环境，营造浓厚 的人文关怀氛围，为人文关怀的实施提供更有利的条件。从大学生自身来看，通过不 断加强自我教育、借助外部力量排解心理压力、强化心理认同等手段来发挥作为教育 客体的主体能动作用。通过教育者、学校以及大学生的共同努力，充分体现人文关怀 鲜明的时代价值和重大的现实意义，发挥人文关怀对大学生思想政治教育的强大推动 作用。 关键字：思想政治教育；人文关怀；教育者；高校；大学生 I ABSTRACT Seventeenth Party Congress report pointed out: To strengthen and improve the ideological and political work should focus on humanistic caring and psychological counseling and correctly handling interpersonal relations.This suggests that in the new era of ideological and political education in the integration of humanistic care has become an inevitable selection.
