The great changes of macro environment make scientific research team receive great attention today. As an important team in national research system，the scientific research team of university not only to plays the role of technology innovation and knowledge innovation ，but also takes on the responsibility of personnel training，shoulders the lmportant míssion. In recent years，along with the high level of University Building Strategies，Higher Power Strategy and Innovative Nation building Strategy proposed ，discipline and scientific research perfonnance become the focus attention of govemment and community. So its very important to make the ·I·.Aorganization structure and the operating mechanism of university scientific research team ·I· .A IV IV ABSTRACT ηlis study selected some scientific research teams，whicn have different research tasks，different types of disciplines ，and different research paradigms. And this thesis uses interdiscipline research methods，combines document analysis，bibliometrics ，case analysis，comparative analysis and other analysis tools.ηlis study makes organizational structure，research models and academic outputs as a starting point，then ，do theoretical analysis based on literature analysis.ηlis thesis proposed 出e content and effect of coupling，cohesion，openness and stability. on the base of case analysis and comparison ，illustrates the organizational characteristics of high-level scientific research team. At last，this study considers，today while scientific research team is ge忧ing more attention，we should more rational to treat the construction of scientific research team of university. We can use flat organizational structure，promote the rational discipline coupled
