优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 Abstract The coaxial power meter standard from 18GHz to 26.5GHz is developed for the demand of weapon equipment and model task. It could meet the demand of value transfer of power parameters in national defense institute and assure accuracy, dependability and consistency. This thesis emphasizes on the buildup method of the low power calibration standard in the 18GHz~26.5GHz frequency band. The adopted method is based on the transfer standard meter. System composition and working principle of power standard are introduced in the thesis, including the terminal transfer standard and the directly transfer standard. The key techniques as working principle of fixed amplitude loop, measurement of reflection coefficient of equivalent signal source are emphasized on. The equivalent signal generator design is the key technique of the calibration setting. Its performance affects the technique performance of the whole system. In the equivalent signal generator, the stability circle is of great importance. In this thesis, a splitter that has the good symmetry, a standard power seat and a standard power indicator are used to make up of the transfer standard. In this way, an equivalent signal generator of lower reflectance is obtained, which enhances the power calibration veracity. Furthermore, this thesis uses the Visual Basic as the platform of the software development, adopting the top-down and layered developing method to develop the automatic calibration and test software. The software is divided into bottom hardware interface, string commands, library functions, parameter layer commands, reference to function and device communication and application software in the top layer. The software can perform universal and special test task and is easy to use and has the user-friendly operation interface. Lastly, this thesis gathers and deals with the data of the coaxial power calibration standard setting to prove its performance, which contains the reflectance test
