随着我国经济、科技和生产力的发展，机械安全生产的问题也开始日渐引起 政府和大众的关注。机械企业的安全生产即是对消费者人身财产安全的保证，也 是对机械企业内生产员工的生命财产的保障。为了保证机械长期安全的生产作 业，企业内部也要加强机械生产的安全管理工作，从而保证机械生产安全的正常 运行，并充分发挥机械生产的作用，继续在我国国民经济的生产发挥推动力量。 木文从相关研究背景和理论基础入手，选取安徽威力盟机械有限公司为研宄 对象，先介绍安徽烕力盟机械有限公司的基本状况，随后提出该公司在安全生产 管理工作中存在的问题，最后针对这些问题提出相关的可行性对策。相信本文的 研究能够对推动我国机械生产的安全管理工作起到一定的积极推动作用。 关键词：威力盟机械公司；生产管理；问题；对策 Abstract With the development of China’s economy, science and technology and productivity, machinery safety problems are increasingly aroused the concern of the Government and the public. Machinery safety is the guarantee of consumers 1 personal and property safety and protection for the mechanical production of the life and property of employees within an enterprise. In order to guarantee the long-term security of production, enterprises also need to strengthen safety management of mechanical production，so as to guarantee the normal operation of production safety, and give full play to role of machinery production, continues to play a driving force of domestic economy. This paper starts from a research background and theoretical basis, laid the theoretical foundation, then select the Anhui power Union machinery to study，first introduced the basic situation of Anhui power Union machinery，followed by safety problems in the management of the company，finally provides the relevant countermeasures. Believes this study is able to promote the safety management of production machinery played a positive role in promoting.
