黄河科技学院毕业论文 第 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 13 页 基于B2C的物流配送模式的应用探究 摘 要 电子商务正影响着世界的每一个角落，它变革了现行的商业体系，深深地改变了人们的消费方式，特别是B2C(Business to Consumer)电子商务模式。物流配送是B2C电子商务企业提高市场竞争力的关键,是实现B2C电子商务快速发展的保证。随着B2C电子商务的发展，物流配送已成为阻碍B2C电子商务快速发展的瓶颈，研究B2C电子商务企业如何选择应用物流配送模式具有重要的意义。 本文在介绍B2C电子商务及物流配送的相关概念的基础上，分析了B2C电子商务与物流配送的相互关系；论述了目前B2C电子商务企业的主要物流配送模式，并对其进行了优劣势比较，就其应用进行了分析说明，以京东商城为例，利用层次分析方法说明如何选择应用物流配送模式，接着就现阶段B2C电子商务物流配送应用中存在的难题进行了总结，分析了其中的原因，针对应用中存在的问题提出相应的措施。 关键词：B2C，物流，配送模式  The Application Exploring of Logistics Model Based on B2C Author:Xiao Yuzhen Tutor: Sun Junhong Abstract Electronic commerce is affecting every corner of the world, it changes the current commercial system, changes peoples consumption way deeply , especially B2C (Business to Consumer) electronic business model. Logistics distribution is the key to improve the market competitiveness of B2C e-commerce enterprises, is the assurance to realize B2C e-commerce enterprises rapid development. Along with the development of the B2C e-commerce, logistics distribution has become the bottleneck to obstacle B2C e-commerce enterprises rapid development. How to select the application logistics distribution mode for the B2C e-commerce enterprise is of great significance. This text introduced the basis of the related concept of B2C e-commerce and analyzed the relationship of the logistics distribution.The article discussed the present B2C e-commerce enterprises main logistics distribution model, and analyses their advantages and disadvantages , and its application was analyzed and explained to the Jingdong Mall as an example, the use of level analysis method that how to select the application logistics distribution mode, then present B2C e-commerce logistics and distribution problems existi
