内蒙 内蒙古科技大学硕士学位论文 I I 摘 要 大学生网络舆论是网络舆论的重要组成部分，同时它也是形成网络舆论影 响的重要力量。随着校园网络的建设和发展，大学生利用校园网络平台可以获取 信息、表达意见、发泄情绪等。它不仅影响大学生的行为和思想，而且也影响着 大学生网络舆论的整体走势。根据十七大报告指出，要加强网络文化建设和管理， 营造良好的网络环境。因此，探索大学生网络舆论的影响因素及其形成机制对于 高校学生管理工作具有十分重要的意义。如何充分利用网络，是目前高校思想政 治教育研究的重要领域和新课题。研究大学生网络舆论形成阶段、模式，强化网 络思想教育的积极影响，消解其负面影响。这是对促进高校校园文化的健康发展、 维护社会稳定、促进国家发展具有重要的现实意义的工作。 本文主要内容要着重分析网络舆论中的大学生网络舆论形成机理和形成过 程，并运用文献分析法、案例分析法进行研究。在通过大量阅读相关文献资料， 了解大学生网络舆论的研究现状，分析、总结并界定网络舆论的及其相关概念等。 其次，基于大学生网络舆论结构，分析大学生网络舆论特点。同时，研究舆论形 成机理和形成因素，分析网络舆论的形成一般过程，通过典型案例分析形成模式。 运用思想政治教育理论，提高“意见领袖”素质，优化设置议程，将网络的负面 因素消解，发挥好其积极效应。再次，通过对各大高校校园 BBS 话题收集研究， 并且总结和归纳已有文献中网络舆论中的引导与策略。通过分析，有针对性地加 强对于大学生网络舆论的监管与引导，探寻发挥高校网络思想政治教育功能的对 策。 关键词：大学生；网络舆论；形成机制 II II Abstract College Students network of public opinion is an important part of the network of public opinion, it is also formed an important force of the impact of the network of public opinion.
