Study on Nurse Unit Environment in Comfort of Comprehensive Hospital A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Zhang Xiaofei Supervisor：Prof. Liu Qibo Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 新世纪来，我国的医疗行业正处于改革时期。各个地区的大中城市尤其是以西安为 代表的西部地区，其医疗建设的投入量逐年加大。护理单元，作为医院最基本的治疗单 位，它平衡着病人与医护人员的不同使用需求，其环境的舒适性将对患者的治疗、康复 效果及医护人员的工作效率有着直接影响。目前，我国对护理单元环境舒适性的重视处 于初级阶段，在建设中仍有许多不足之处需要改进和进一步的研究。 本文以大型综合医院护理单元环境为研究对象，着重对常规护理单元的公共空间、 病房区、医护办公空间三部分的环境舒适性展开研究。通过深入的实地调研对护理单元 环境的现状得以充分了解，同时对其内部不同类型的使用人群进行调查分析，直观的了 解患者及其家属、医护人员等对护理单元各功能环境的舒适性需求。进而从空间环境和 物理环境两方面对护理单元的各功能部分的舒适性展开研究。 综上，作者本着发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的态度，以建筑学、心理学、医院 管理学等学科为理论基础，对护理单元环境的舒适性展开深入研究。尝试找到一种能够 被现在及未来的时代所接受的、符合新医学模式的综合医院护理单元舒适性设计方法。 希望能够为今后的护理单元环境设计提供科学的、有益的参考资料。 关键词：综合医院， 护理单元， 舒适性设计， 空间环境， 物理环境 I II II Abstract Since the new century, the medical industry in our country is in the period of reform. Cities in all regions, especially as represented by the Xian, its medical-building effort increased year by year. In order to respond to peoples health and environmental needs better, the reconstruction and extension of hospital is in full swing. As the basic unit of treatment, the Nursing unit is in the balance of different needs for patients and medical staff, the Nursing unit environmental comfort can have a direct impact on the treatment of patients, effect of rehabilitation and the working efficiency of the medical personnel. At present, Nursing unit environmental comfort attention in our country is at the primary stage, and there are still many deficiencies need to be improved in the building and to have further research. In this paper, take the comfort design of nursing unit environment in large comprehensive hospital as the research target, and study respectively on nursing unit interior public space, wards and medical office space.
