目 录 PAGE 8 摘 要 本文对新型双齿辊破碎机的原理、结构进行了概括介绍，重点围绕新型双齿辊破碎机的开发，按照相似理论相似准则关系研制了小型双齿辊破碎机试验台。以邦德功理论为基础，通过不同物料的破碎试验，对破碎机参数与不同物料间的关系及各参数之间的相互关系进行了试验研究，为开发新型双齿辊破碎机开发提供了重要依据，同时对于开发新型双齿辊破碎机系列产品，填补国内空白、替代进口、满足大型矿山的需要、扩大其使用领域具有十分重要的意义。为矿山机械大型新产品开发探索了一条系统的开发思路。 关键词：矿用新型；双齿辊破碎机；参数研究 Abstract Abstract The mobile crushing station began to be used in Chinese large-scale open-pit coal mine in the 1990s．Its crushing performance can only meet the crushing requirements for the coal and the softer delamination so that the application is restricted and the mine application requirements can not be met． The new high-efficiency and energy saving double-toothed crusher developed by MMD，USA features high capacity，high crushing hardness，high crushing ratio，uniform discharge grain--size and a small amount of over-crushing because of its unique structural advantages．As a result，it has been used widely in the large-scale coal mine，metal mine，non-metal mine，cement plant，quarry and coal preparation plant overseas.It is a high-efficiency crushing equipment with a broad developing future． This article gives a general description of the principle and structure of the new double．toothed crusher．A small-scale double-toothed crusher experimental bench is developed based on the similarity theory and similarity principle relationship following the development of the new double-toothed crusher．Based on the Bound Power theory，the relationship between the crusher parameters and the different materials and the relationship between parameters have been tested and studied through the crushing test of different materials，providing an important reference for the development of the new double-toothed crusher．It is also of great significance to develop a new series of double-toothed crusher product，fill in the gaps of domestic market，substitute imported product，meet needs for the large-scale mine and expand its application fields．It probes a systematical way of developing the new large-scale mining machinery． Keywo
