】H的探讨老龄患者防跌伤示范式健康宣教方式在临床中应 用效果。方法100例住院老龄患者为研究对象,采用信封分组法将 患者分为干预组和常规组,每组50例。常规组采用常规健康教育,干 预组采用防跌伤示范式健康宣教干预,比较两组老龄患者防跌伤健康 知识掌握度、护理满意度及住院期间跌倒发生率。结果干预组患者健 康知识掌握度(90. 00%)显著高于常规组(48. 00%),差异右统计学 意义(P〈0. 05)。干预组患者护理满意度为92. 00%,显著高于常规组 的62. 00%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0. 05)。干预组患者住院期间跌倒 发生率为0显著低于常规组12.00%,比较差异有统计学意义
(P〈0.05)。结论针对老龄患者实施防跌伤示范式健康教育能有效提 高老龄患者防跌伤健康知识掌握度,降低跌倒发生风险,提高患者 护理满意度,具有显著临床干预效果。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate clinical application
effect by demonstration type health education of falling injury
in senile patients. Methods A total of 100 hospitalized senile
patients as study subjects were divided by envelop method into
intervention group and conventional group, with 50 cases in each
group. The control group received conventional health
education, and the intervention group received demonstration
type health education for falling injury prevention. Comparison
was made on mastery degree of falling injury prevention
knowledge, nursing satisfaction and incidence of falling during
hospitalization between the two groups. Results The
intervention group had obviously higher mastery degree of health
knowledge (90. 00%) than the conventional group (48. 00%), and
the difference had statistical significance (P0. 05) . The
intervention group had nursing satisfaction as 92. 00%, which was much higher than 62. 00% in the conventional group, and their
intervention group had much lower incidence of falling during
hospitalization as 0 than 12. 00% in the conventional group, and
the difference had statistical significance ( P0.05 ).
