精品毕业论文 砂浆王的制备及性能暨其配制水泥砂浆试验研究 湖南城建职业技术学院材料工程系（材检0801班） 中文摘要：本文在砂浆王的制备及性能研究实验中研究了引气剂、减水剂、保水增稠剂等对建筑砂浆性能的影响，并通过复合调配，制备出一种性价比较高的砂浆塑化剂；并研究了添加塑化剂砂浆的含气量、分层度、强度等性能。研究表明：在塑化剂掺量为1立方砂浆中掺150g时，改善和提高了砂浆的工作性和耐久性。 在砂浆王制配水泥砂浆试验研究中根据对于砌筑混凝土小型砌块用水泥砂浆进行的试验分析，对比了ZF型高效砂浆增塑剂（砂浆王）的不同掺量对于砂浆拌和物的和易性、用水量及砂浆强度的不同影响，结果表明其掺量对砂浆的性能影响较为明显，尤其对强度的影响较大，建议在实际应用中应采取试配，调整等方法，确定高效砂浆增塑剂的最佳掺量，以保证砂浆拌和物的和易性、粘结性及砂浆强度。 关键词：引气剂、减水剂、保水增稠剂、含气量、分层度、高效砂浆增塑剂；不同掺量；和易性；砂浆强度 English Abstract：In this paper, mortar preparation and properties of the king of experiments studied the air entraining agent, superplasticizer, water thickener and other properties of mortar on the building and deployment through the composite prepared by a higher cost of mortar plasticizer ; and of adding air content of mortar plasticizers, layered, strength and other properties.
