兰州交通大学毕业设计（论文） PAGE 53 摘要 加入WTO后，中国经济与世界经济的联系更加紧密，外资企业大量涌入我国市场，我国物流市场的竞争也日趋激烈，因此，物流企业要在激烈的竞争环境中得到长期稳定的发展，必须借助于科学的管理。而绩效管理是市场经济条件下科学管理的重要一环。实行有效的绩效管理，其前提是要有一套合理的绩效评价体系。因此，如何科学、全面地分析和评价物流企业的绩效，己成为物流企业迫切需要解决的课题。 本文主要对物流企业的绩效评价进行研究，通过对物流企业运作的分析和现有物流绩效评价成果的研究，拟建立一套科学合理的物流绩效评价体系，探寻有利于物流企业绩效评价的方法。本文的主要工作如下： 第一，根据物流企业物流功能多样化、物流过程复杂化的特点，及物流绩效评价指标体系建立的基本原则，从财务指标、顾客服务指标、内部业务流程指标、学习与发展指标四个方面建立了物流绩效评价指标体系。 第二，分析了主观赋权法和客观赋权法确定指标权重的优缺点，在此基础上，引入修正系数，将主观赋权法和客观赋权法进行有机的结合，从而合成了一种综合的指标权重确定方法。用模糊综合评价法对物流整体绩效进行综合评价。 第三，本文通过对物流企业的实证分析，不断完善指标体系，并验证了本文所选择的评价方法的可行性。 关键词: 物流绩效，评价指标体系，三角模糊层次分析法，熵值法，模糊综合评价法 Abstract Joining WTO,Chinese economic keeps in touch with the world economy more closely,and the influx of foreign-funded enterprises in china market.Our logistics market competition becomes drastic.Therefore, if logistics enterprises want to develop perennial steadily in the present surroundings of drastic competition,they must get help from the scientific management.And performance management under the market economy is an important part of scientific management.Therefore, scientific and comprehensive analysis and evaluation of logistics performance,logistics has become an urgent need to address the issue. This article focuses on the logistics enterprise performance evaluation for research based on the analysis of logistics enterprise operation and existing logistics performance evaluation results of research,intends to set up a scientific and reasonable logistics performance appraisal system,and seek to a method to the benefit of logistics enterprise performance evaluation.The main work of this article is as follows: First,by analyzing the diversification of logistics functions and logistics and complex characteristics of the process,and performance evaluation index system of logistics basic principles, from the financial indicators,customer services index,indicators of internal business processes,learning and growth indicators in four areas to establish evaluation index system of log
