(More than nutritional requirement, except heat energy) 在营养生理需要基础上,参照饮食习惯,食物的消化率,烹调损失,以及各种因素对营养素的影响,并兼顾社会条件,经济条件,社会食物生产等情况而确立的最适宜数量.一般高于生理需要,但热能不宜再高.
