Recently, Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) and European Society of Intensive Care Medicine (ESICM) updated the Surviving Sepsis Campaign (SSC) which would change the strategy of sepsis to some extent. Understanding the key point of the new guideline is crucial in sepsis management.
