中等职业教育课程模块化与工作系统化开发初探 Exploration on the modular and working systematic curriculum development of middle vocational education （眉山电子职业技术学校，四川 眉山 洪雅 620360） 王 平 摘要：我国中等职业教育起步晚且发展不平衡，学校课程设置和教学模式 不适应企业需求和学生可持续发展,各类职业学校师资设备普遍不足。针对此现 象，为实现职业教育实用性强、以就业为导向的特点，尝试在遵循中等职业教育 专业课程开发的原则上，兼顾中等职业教育专业课程通用性和专业性，将逆向思 维应用于课程分析。为克服课程模块化的缺点，将工作系统化整合进了模块化课 程中，建立一种新的“课程模块化与工作系统化”相互交织的中等职业教育专业 课程结构体系，并指出了实施此课程模式的要求和必要措施。 关键词：中等职业教育；课程开发；模块化；系统化 Abstract：The middle vocational education in China was conducted only for a short time, with disadvantages such as inappropriate curriculum and teaching scheme for enterprise requirements and the sustainable development of students. Furthermore most vocational schools are faced with the problem of deficiency of teachers and facilities. Based on this phenomenon, considering the practical characteristics of vocational education, we tried to combine versatility and speciality of vocational curriculum and apply the reverse thinking methodology to curriculum analysis under the theories of vocational curriculum development. In order to overcome the flaw of modularized curriculum, this paper integrated systematization into it, establishing a new structure of both scheme intertwining together. For the application of this scheme of curriculum, we also proposed some essential requirements. Key words: Middle vocational education, Machining, Curriculum development, Modularization, Systematization 前言 职业教育区别于普通教育，其不以为学生建立起完整系统的知识 体系为主要目标，而是强调知识技能的实用性，目的是为社会培养合 格的技能型人才。目前我国的职业教育属于世界三大职业教育模式之 1 一的“学校教育”模式，强调职业教育作为一种教育的人本属性，过 分强调知识的理论性，使得职业教育严重脱离了职业实践[1]。各项研 究[2][3][4]指出：导致我国现在职业教育种种问题及困难的主要原因集 中体现于我国教育的定势思维及职业教育课程设置方式与职业教育 目标的内在冲突，其中前者又是后者产生的根本原因。因此，解决我 国现阶段职业教育各问题的核心是要加快建立正确可行的职业教育 思想，依托的主要手段则是进行职业教育课程改革。 职业教育自身的特点决定了其课程不论是内容还是模式都区别 于普通教育，不能只局限于教室
