Its basic task is to provide elder people daily care, medical care and psychological care based on their physical and psychological characteristics as well as social needs. Elderly nursing staff is full-time staff in elderly homes that provides professional and comprehensive care services to old people. For years, this industry has met problems like the inverse between income and the degree of the work, and limited space of development, etc. Therefore, few young people have interest on this position, which leads to this professional team not fresh and young and whole educational level not high enough. In recent years, under the imputes of the socialization of social welfare, private elderly homes become more and more common in the society. However, it is found out that nursing staff is difficult to hire and cannot work for a long period. This is already a common phenomenon and has been the main problem and bottleneck in this industry. Therefore, organizing short-term training to elderly nursing care staff, which can help them to have necessary care knowledge and skills, is an important measure. The phenomenon of population aging in China is still developing, under this situation; not only the scale but also the professional level of elderly nursing care staff cannot adapt the harsh reality.
