公共服务动机对养老护理员工作态度的影响研究

于促进养老护理员工作态度改进,提高服务水平,并且能在养老护
理这个特定的行业对公共服务动机理论进行验证,具有实践和理论 上的双重意义。本文通过文献法和实证研究法两种研究方法,从公 共服务动机的视角研究了养老护理人员的工作态度,为改善养老护 理人员的工作态度提供激励性对策建议。论文的研究结论主要集中 在以下两个方面:(1)在养老护理员这个群体中验证了公共服务动 机的存在,并且可以从公共利益承诺、自我牺牲和同情心三个维度 去测量养老护理员的公共服务动机;(2)证实了公共服务动机在一 定程度上能够影响养老护理员的工作态度,因而一方面能够通过对 公共服务动机的判断来把好养老护理员的入门关,另一方面也可以 从公共服务动机出发对养老护理员进行激励。

ABSTRACT
Elderly nursing care refers to a kind of professional nursing care providing to elder people. Its basic task is to provide elder people daily care, medical care and psychological care based on their physical and psychological characteristics as well as social needs. Elderly nursing staff is full-time staff in elderly homes that provides professional and comprehensive care services to old people. For years, this industry has met problems like the inverse between income and the degree of the work, and limited space of development, etc. Therefore, few young people have interest on this position, which leads to this professional team not fresh and young and whole educational level not high enough.
In recent years, under the imputes of the socialization of social welfare, private elderly homes become more and more common in the society. However, it is found out that nursing staff is difficult to hire and
cannot work for a long period. This is already a common phenomenon and has been the main problem and bottleneck in this industry. Therefore, organizing short-term training to elderly nursing care staff, which can help them to have necessary care knowledge and skills, is an important measure. The phenomenon of population aging in China is still developing, under this situation; not only the scale but also the professional level of elderly nursing care staff cannot adapt the harsh reality.
