ABSTRACT Fuyang Cement Equipment Company’s business scope is to supply the advanced equipments to the new dry process clinker lines. Corresponding the booming of the new dry process linker lines in the past ten years, this company has became a manufacturing company with middle size. When it faces the cooling down of the cement market, how to continue the development is a problem to its owner. So, this article is based on this company’s organization re-engineering for discussion. The main theoretical basis of the article is human capital, transaction cost, organization reengineering dualism. And the research is based on discrete Manufacturing Enterprises features. In this article, I applied the concept, “market health degree” to analyze the company’s growth history and present condition. At the same time, I applied the concept “human capital heath degree” to analyze the operation status of the company inside. This article makes the improvement of the running status of this enterprise to be the purpose. The final result is to provide a proposal for this kind of Enterprises. The proposal contains: Value reengineering: Value added mode transition, from based on market only to human capital and market at the same time Enterprise function transition, the enterprise is no longer the fortune producer to the owner, it’s the comment fortune making platform for everybody in the company Tool reengineering: allocation mode transition, from the owner enjoyed the profit by himself to the employee and the owner shared the added profit Organization mode transition, cancel the Hierarchical organization, set up the Flat organizational form Organization form and process transition, to set up the Collaborative Value Added Network Based on the above common method, this article analyzed the organization re-engineering activities of Fuyang Cement Equipment Company and provided a proposal could be applied in this company.
