In this paper, we conduct quantitative analysis the differentiation of Chinas use of the marine structure , which reflecting the degree of consistent or diversified situation of coastal provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China. The results show that the diversification index of marine area in China is gradually decreasing from 2010 to 2015, and the ranking of diversification index of coastal eleven provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) is from Shanghai to Shanghai, Zhejiang Province, Tianjin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Fujian Province, Hebei Province, Liaoning Province, Shandong Province and Jiangsu Province.
