As for one enterprise, the ability of knowledge creation is its core competitive force. Similarly, the core competitive force of one supply chain is its ability of knowledge creation in cooperation. Therefore, it is very important to research the knowledge creation in cooperation of the supply chain. Based on the theory of operation research, system science, management science, knowledge management and the modern information technology, the paper has researched the process of knowledge creation in cooperation in the supply chain systematically. First, the paper analyzed the game relation in the process of knowledge creation in cooperation in the supply chain. It constructed the game model and got the conditions of knowledge creation in cooperation from the model. It also demonstrated that the cooperation was the best strategy of them to make the profits of each other maximum. Then it discussed the relationship between knowledge share and knowledge creation, it also researched how was the knowledge shared in the supply chain. Based on the mechanism of individual knowledge creation and community knowledge creation, the paper put forward the mechanism of knowledge creation in cooperation of the supply chain. Aimed at the risk in the process of knowledge creation in cooperation, it also gave the coordinated frame for the contradictions. Finally, by the analyses in the process of knowledge creation in cooperation of Huawei Technology Limited Company’s supply chain; it concluded some practical experiences for Chinese enterprises.
