华中科技 大学硕士 学 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract Since Chinas High - tech Industrial Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as the Hi-Tech Zone ) was established in 1988 , the Hi-Tech Zone has gradually developed into a composite function of scientific research, production and living complexes . The Hi-Tech Zone is different from the industrial park and new urban areas, which not only has its own specific function in industry but also has close ties with the city. In the context of rapid growth of cities, there are many problems in city construction, and these problems are reflected in the Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone (hereinafter referred to Hi-Tech Zone) which as an important growth point and the function area of the city from different degree and angle. The paper attempts to break through the traditional research focus on the internal mechanism of the Hi-Tech Zone industrial innovation, management mode operation research , exposure to the Hi-Tech Zones they rely on urban context , analysis of the existing problems as urban functional zones in order to explore the construction of Hi-Tech zones and urban coordinated development mode . Firstly, the paper researches on the foreign representative Hi-Tech Zones, and analyzes their general situation, development course and the present situation, to tease out the construction experience of them. And then this paper studies on the current situation of the Hi-Tech Zones in our country under the background, objective analysis in the process of its construction and loses. Through the comparison and analysis of cases at home and abroad, this paper sums up the differences in the construction of the Hi-Tech Zones between each other, and reflects the main problems in the construction of Hi-Tech Zones in China under the background of city growth from three aspects, which including the relationship between the city and the Hi-Tech Zones, the effects of the Hi-Tech Zones to the city, and the construction of Hi-
