The innovation of road drainage engineering technology, will profoundly affect all aspects of city construction engineering design strategy and long-term development.The quality of drainage pipe construction not only affects city functions into full play, but also directly influences the road condition, city environmental protection and city flood control. Therefore, to take reasonable and effective measures to ensure the quality of its construction is essential.In order to ensure the Municipal drainage pipe construction quality of municipal drainage construction, which has a great influence on the city residents quality of life, corresponding measures are required in preparation, pipeline laying and construction site recovery in different stages, to receive the good effect. The paper reviews the post project evaluation theory, study the related theories of the post evaluation system and development status, by the analysis and research on the theory of post evaluation, trying to put forward the practice comprehensive evaluation method to River Road drainage engineering construction projects by quantitative analysis.
