V V backward stage, the adjustment of industrial structure to the need of economic growth, only economic growth, to have conditions to upgrade industry. And to the industrial structure adjustment, the most effective way is to adjust industrial investment structure, industrial investment structure adjustment should be subject to the optimization of the industrial structure. In a future period, Gansu province is still depend mainly on investment drive economic growth, this, we need to turn the limited investment reasonable distribution, is it to have the biggest economic benefits. In view of this, this article analyzes the Gansu industry structure and investment structure from 2000 to 2009,and on the basis of through calculation and analysis of fixed assets investment and industrial added value of grey correlation degree between, and the comparative analysis of the three industries investment efficiency, to economic growth as the goal, industrial investment structure adjustment and optimization. It may have a certain significance on making the industrial investment policy of Gansu.
