PAGE PAGE III Abst ract With the socia l and economic development, changes in lifest yle ,A new specia l form of tourism products (wine tourism) goes into the peoples attention. This is a tourism form of multi-ind ustry, high exper ience and cultural form. In the West, the major producing area of wine grape and wine tourism has developed rapid ly under the influence of west wine culture. It brings a new exper ience to the tourists and multiple benefits to tourism. China’s wine tourism is a new concept. And it is still in its infancy, the eastern wine regions have a certain degree of development, the wester n wine producing area (Wuwei) is rich in tourism resources, basic tourism market has been formed, but there are some problems that the product development are similar and the features are not prominent. Based on the analysis of concepts in the wine and combined the related theor ies of industry economics and tourism product development, this paper attempts to analyze the multi-ind ustry, high experience and cultural form of wine tourism, and proposes a new wine tourism product development system about Wuwei. This tourism product takes the wine industry tourism of Wuwei as the core, develops related industry tourism and forms a pattern of large industria l product. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduct ion, including research background, research met hods, research ideas. The second part is the theoret ica l basis, it ma inly analyzes the concept of wine tourism, wine tourism research content and research progress at home and aboard from different aspects. And it elaborates the related theor ies of industry economics and tourism product development. The third part is the analysis of releva nt character ist ics in wine tourism, including the unique multi-ind ustry, high exper ience and cultural form.
