分布式制造网络组织模型构建研究 分布式制造网络组织模型构建研究 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE iv ORGANIZATION MODEL OF DISTRIBUTED MANUFACTURING NETWORK ABSTRACT In todays ever-changing personalized consumer demands,traditional company production already could not satisfy the agile manufacturing model,the enterprise needs to obtain the survival advantage, they must operate with other organizations, which have different production scale and capacity, in the different regions, different application tools platform through the Internet to build the Union manufacturers for product the development and fabrication of the temporary relationship, with the fastest speed to provide high quality, low cost and market demand for product manufacturing mode is distributed manufacturing.In this mode, collaborative manufacturing organization form a distributed manufacturing network, this paper focuses on the study of network organizations and the relationship between the distributed manufacturing network construction model. This paper based on the traditional manufacturing theory, organization theory, network theory, combining with existing manufacturing network carries on the analysis.From the analysis of the distributed manufacturing network characteristics, determine the distributed manufacturing network structure elements. And from life system theory angle gives the distributed manufacturing network concept, defining a global and local perspective of distributed manufacturing network, and based on the analysis of market property rights of the distributed manufacturing network running mechanism. In the distributed manufacturing network organization model optimization, use genome method on organization optimization, genetic algorithm is used to design the optimal model. Hope that through this research, to the small and medium enterprises to establish distributed manufacturing network provides a suggestion.
