Abstract Research of Supplier Quality Management Research of Supplier Quality Management ——Case Study of A Company Abstract With the global economy development, the globalization economy makes China be the center of manufacturing, which requires company develop the core competition as quality. The single manufacturing site model cannot meet the variety of market requirement, but move forward to cooperation with supplier management. The success of company is not only relying on themselves, but also relies on the team of supplier chain, which can meet the requirement in whole economic environment, also the customer demand. The author discussed the supplier quality management with readers, taking advantage of years of quality management experience, researching W company CNC supplier quality management, analyzing supplier evaluation, production part approval process, and routine quality management with professional quality tool. This article firstly introduced the research background of A company, the development of quality management and supplier quality management, related research abroad and domestic, then introduced A company information, such as company organization chart, quality management system, and supplier evaluation process and the result of A company, the focus of this article is chapter 4 about analysis of quality improvement action plan based on basic 5 quality elements “man, machine, material, method, environment, at last it explains verification for all these improvement actions and the achievement and insufficiency of this article. The author wishes to accumulate some innovation experience by this subject research, and help with future supplier quality management, even have some positive influence for similar companies.
