(4) The regression analysis results show the most important factor that affects doctors’motivation to carry out medical multi-sited registration is expectancy. Instrumentality is the second of all the factors.(5) The result dealt with by variance analysis way shows that compared with other ways to carry out multi-sites pratice , the incidence rates of permited consultation out of hospital is larger than those of other two ones. The ratio of medical multi-sited registration is the lowest in the results of questionnaire survey. Though the analysis of the construction of doctor motivation mechanism based on the expectancy theory and the analysis of influencing factors on practising outside the hospital, this article suggests that it is better to increase the support and regulation of primary hospitals and private hospitals and deep our public institution reform. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the professional associations of clinical medicine which should be the center of doctor multi-sites practice and establish the medical responsibility insurance.
