I I 摘 要 摘 要 电力系统末端配电网直接为用户提供电能，体现了电力系统能够为用户提 供电力资源的能力和质量。当配电系统设备发生故障、停电维护时，就需要中 断对用户的电力供应。配电系统具有涉及地域广、设备数量多、权属复杂、系 统投资和停电损失大等特点。配电系统的供电可靠性能够直接反应出供电系统 对用户提供持续电力资源的能力，是电力可靠性管理的重要组成部分。 本文系统介绍了统计和评估供电可靠性的方法及其相关指标，分析接线方 式、中性点接地方式、线路故障以及变电设施对供电可靠性指标的影响。然后， 以阜新城区 10kV 配电网作为主要的研究目标，通过对阜新电网供电可靠性指标 的分析和研究，提出影响阜新城区配电网供电可靠性的主要因素。在此基础之 上，结合电网的实际情况和作者在相关方面的工作经验，提出了提高阜新城区 配电网供电可靠性的具体措施。 关键词：配电网；供电可靠性；阜新城区配电网； II II 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Distribution network is the terminal network of power system, which is the connection between power system and customers, and also the key links for power supply and distribution to customers. The ability of whole power system for power supply and power quality is reflected in it. When equipments in the distribution network break down or are serviced, the power supply to customers would be interrupted. Because of their huge quantity and widely distribution, the influence to investment in power system and loss brought by interruption of power supply can not be neglected. Therefore, the ability for power supply to customers continuously is indicated by the reliability of distribution network, and also is a important work of management on power supply reliability. In this thesis, the statistic and evaluation methods about reliability of power supply are presented, so do their indices. The influence to reliability of power supply brought by modes of connection with customers, modes of grounding, faults of lines and equipments is analysed. Then, the 10kV urban distribution network is set as the major target of research, the major factors, which can influence the reliability of power supply of fuxin distribution network, are presented by analyzing and researching the indices of reliability of power supply. According to the actual situation of fuxin network and author’s experience in this field, the concrete measures to promote the reliability of power supply of fuxin urban distribution network are proposed.
