万方数据 万方数据 Abstract Objective: Through clinical contrast study of elastic fixation with suture anchors technique and fixation with clavicular hook plate technique , to understand the clinical effect of elastic fixation with suture anchors technique in the treatment of fresh Tossy type III acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods: Through retrospective analysis for the treatment of related cases of our hospital from 2010 January to 2013 June,We collected 68 cases of complete patient information for fresh Tossy III acromioclavicular joint dislocation complete patient information, 68 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group in accordance with the operation mode, The treatment group was treated with suture anchors elastic fixation method (38 cases), the control group using clavicular hook plate (Clavicular hook plate, CHP) fixation treatment (30 cases), the control group after operation within 12 months out of clavicular hook plate, compared operation and hospitalization, visual analog scale (Visual Analogue Scale, VAS) for pain of the injured shoulder after treatment , lift activity of abduction and flexion, the Constant score of shoulder joint and complications of the two groups. Results: the operation time and hospitalization days of two groups showed no significant differences (P 0.05) ; suture anchors elastic fixation group was significantly shorter than CHP fixation group in recovery time (P 0.05); suture anchors elastic fixation group was significantly less than CHP fixation group in the amount of bleeding during operation (P 0.05); suture anchors elastic fixation group was significantly lower than CHP fixation group in the VAS score after 12 months (P 0.05); suture anchors elastic fixation group was significantly larger than CHP fixation group in the lift activity of abduction and flexion (P 0.05). Conclusion: For the treatment of fresh Tossy III Acromioclavicular joint dislocation, anchor elastic internal fixation technique
