胎膜早破合并早产患者临床治疗价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 对胎膜早破合并早产患者的临床治疗成效进行观察与探究。 方法 方便选取该院2017年1―10月期间接收的52例胎膜早破合并早产孕妇为探究对象，对全部患者的临床基本资料进行分析回顾，并观察其临床治疗成效。结果 全部患者当中，有阴道助产患者2例，占据3.85%；剖宫产患者20例，占据38.46%；自然分娩患者为30例，占据57.69%；另外，诱导胎膜早破的主要因素为宫颈炎、阴道炎、臀位、胎头高浮、流产史、引产、双胎、性交、羊水过多、妊高症等；其中阴道炎、宫颈炎的比例值最高为28.85%。结论 只有强化健康知识教育，才能有效预防感染等并发症，降低胎膜早破的发生率，延长怀孕周期，降低母婴风险，提升其生活质量。 　　[关键词] 早产；胎膜早破；原因；预防措施 　　[中图分类号] R714 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）05（a）-0084-03 　　Analysis of Value of Clinical Treatment of Patients with Premature Rupture of Fetal Membranes Combined with Premature Labor 　　DU Xian-li 　　Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics， Xuanhan People’s Hospital， Dazhou， Sichuan Province， 636150 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and study the value of clinical treatment of patients with premature rupture of fetal membranes combined with premature labor. Methods 52 cases of patients with premature rupture of fetal membranes combined with premature labor admitted and treated in our hospital from January to October 2017 were convenient selected， and the clinical basic data were reviewed， and the clinical effect was observed. Results Of all patients， there were 2 cases with vaginal midwifery， accounting for 3.85%， 20 cases with cesarean section， accounting for 38.46%， and 30 cases with natural labor， accounting for 57.69%， besides， the major factors of premature rupture of fetal membranes were the cervicitis， vaginitis， breech presentation， fetal floating， abortion， abortion， sexual intercourse， twin pregnancy， polyhydramnios， preeclampsia， and the ratio of vaginitis and cervicitis was the highest， accounting for 28.85%. Conclusion Only when the health knowledge education is enhanced can we prevent the complications such as infection， reduce the incidence rate of premature rupture of fetal membranes， prolong the pregnancy week， reduce the maternal and infant risks and improve the quality of life. 　　[Key words] Premature labor； Premature rupture of fetal membranes； Cause； Prevention measure 　　就目前而言，
