The control technology development co., LTD., Beijing haidian district 100086） 摘要： 本文主要探讨了油气生产物联网建设过程中的顶层规划、顶层设计及系统安全的几个关键问题。对油气生产物联网系统的顶层规划进行了详细阐述，对油气生产物联网系统的架构、平台、功能进行了详细的顶层设计，并从数据、物理、网络、应用系统、应急、灾备、保密几个方面来考虑油气生产物联网的系统安全，对今后利用科学的油气生产观组建油气物联网有一定的指导意义。 关键词：油气生产；物联网；顶层规划；顶层设计；架构 Some important problems in oil and gas production of Internet of things Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the top in the course of the construction of oil and gas production of Internet of things the top design and system planning, several key problems of safety. Iot on oil and gas production system, this paper expounds in detail the top floor of the planning for oil and gas production iot system architecture, platform, the function of the top-level design, and from the data, physical, network, application system, emergency and disaster preparedness, consider confidential oil and gas production system security of Internet of things, using the scientific notions of oil and gas to form oil and gas in the future Internet of things has certain guiding significance. Key Words: oil and gas production; The Internet of things; The top floor plan; The top-level design; architecture 1引言 油气生产包含油气举升、计量、分离、注入、输送五大流程。油气生产工艺流程是指油田开发过程中，对油井采出的原油、天热气等等混合物进行收集、分离、净化、稳定、输送、计量及其相关处理，直至生产合格的油、气产品的全部工艺过程。地下原油通过采油设备采到地面，在井口余压下通过集油管线输送进站，加热后进入缓冲罐进行气液初步分离，分离后的原油用泵输送到联合站进入三相分离器，对油、气、水三项进行进一步分离净化，净化后的原油通过外输泵外输。缓冲罐及三相分离器分离出来的伴生气被送往轻烃回收厂处理利用，而分离出的含油污水先进入除油罐，把污水中的浮油和分散油分离出来，再用泵送入过滤器进行过滤，进一步除去水中的残余油和机械杂质，净化后的水进入净化水罐，加药后经注水泵增压回注地层驱油。整个流程如图1所示。 图1 油气生产流程图 人类只有有自己的价值观，才能够更好的生存；个人只有自己的人生观，才能更好的成长；生产单位同样应该有自己的生产观，才能够很好的立足社会；对于我们的油田来讲同样也应该有自己的生产观，才能够对社会做出应有的贡献。 油田的生产观是什么呢？油田的生产观就是生产油气；粗放的生产观就是生产尽可能多的油气；科学的生产观就是生产尽可能多的合格的油气。生产观的核心是效率、
