题目：浅谈我国食品安全和食品安全质量管理 浅谈我国食品安全和食品安全质量管理 ［辛商要］近年来，食品的质量问题也频频被媒体所曝光，食品安全问题已成为 人们最普遍关心的一大主题。本文分析了我W食品安全的现状和我W食品安全质 量管理的现状，主要表现为：监管机制的不足；监管技术标注不足；法制理念建 设不健全；质量监管环节冗杂。另外，本文剖析了我国食品安全的原因，主要冇 监管机制、技术、理念法制上的不成熟，使得我国食品安全的质量控制体系没有 得到很好的贯彻和实施。结合近期双汇“瘦肉精”事件分析，本文具体闹述我国 食品企业的薄软环节，也揭露了政府和法制建设在这一事件屮的短板。最后提出 食品安全质量优化设计方案和食品安全质量优化保障方案。 ［关键字］食品安全质量管理食品安全监管体系。 Introduction to the food safety and food safety quality management inour country [Abstract] In recent years,along with the various trades and occupations transparencies further enhancement, food quality question also repeatedly by media to make public, this directly causes the food security problem to become a big subject which the people cared most generally.
