Accordingly, as a very important part of the process in the construction of high-speed railway, high-speed rail green construction quality is receiving more and more attention. In fact，high-speed rail green is not only a green barrier to protect the safety of railway transportation, or to show an important window of high-speed rail image, from one side reflects the level and quality of high-speed railway construction. The paper first elaborated the related theory in the study of quality management in the project high-speed rail greening engineering background，significance and the current research status, from a macro perspective on the project quality management theory as a whole, to lay the theoretical foundation for this paper. At the same time，through the elaboration project characteristics and requirements of high-speed rail, project engineering quality management，in-depth analysis on the main factors, finally puts forward some suggestions.
