泉州石雕类企业存在的财务风睑及其控制 ［摘要］财务风险是企业日常经济活动中必须面对的一项重耍的风险，它可能给企业带 來收益，也可能给企业带來超乎想象的损失。当前的研究宥利于推进现代企业制度的建立 与完善，使企业在竞争中处于不败之地，冇效地规避、防范和控制财务风险。 木文运用相关的财务风险理论，分析Y泉州县石雕类企业财务风险存在的现状及存在 的问题，剖析了其产生的原因；并提岀了防范财务风险防范应采取的措施及建议，帮助企 业冇效地控制财务风险，进Ku使企业能够具备史强劲的竞争力，使其能健康发展。 ［关键字］石雕石材财务风险风险控制 The Financial Risk and its Control Of Quan Zhou Stone Carving Enterprises [Abstract] Among the daily economic activities，financial risk is the vital issue that enterprises must face. It may bring benefits to the enterprise,but also unimaginable loss. At present，the relevant research is conducive to promote the establishment and perfection of the modern enterprise system, ensuring the survival and development of enterprises . In order to enable enterprises in an invincible position during the competition，it is necessary to avoid， prevent and control financial risks effectively. The writing of this article first applies the basic theory of financial risks，introducing the definition，category, characteristics，hazards of financial risk ,and financial risk control. Secondly,the writer analyzes the status question and problems of Quan Zhou stone carving industry financial risk，Analysis of the causes and exposed to the financial risk for the enterprise to explore. Finally，preventing proposal of the financial risk prevention measures .which can be effective in the prevention and control of corporate financial risk, thus enabling enterprises to have stronger competitiveness. I hope this study can help such stone carving enterprises clearly identify financial risks，and timely and effective prevention and control of risk，and thus enhance the competitiveness of enterprises，to enable them more healthy development.
