Although the small and medium-sized enterprises promote the economic development noticeably, but due to a lot of various external factors, they meet a series of problems and issues in their developing process, which result in there is short of good business environment for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Through studying the influence of the external factors to our small and medium-sized enterprises, this article provides some important comments of reference to help the small and medium-sized enterprises have a healthy and rapid development.
