浅析我国信用卡风睑及防范 】自从木世纪信用卡在我W幵始流行以来,我W的信用卡市场一直保持飞逨增长 的趋势，由于信用卡业务利润可观，使得信用卡业务成为商业银行的战略转型过程屮竞争的热 点。口前，随着信用卡市场发展的空M的不断提升，信用卡的风险问题也越来越突出，越来 越需耍商业银行加以重视。因此,商业银行如何在保障信用卡业务发展的同时宥效放对信用卡 务的风险成为现阶段需要关注的焦点问题。本文对我国使用信用卡的现状及我国商业银行 在信用卡业务风险中存在的信用风险、操作风险、信息技术风险等进行原因的分析，提出了 加快立法进程，打击信用卡犯罪，完善技术防范，加强信用卡技术管理，创立品牌、深化改 革，营造良好的用卡环境等改善商业银行信用卡业务风险防范的方法。 关键词】信用卡风险防范商业银行 Analyses on our country credit card risk and its prevention [Abstract] Since credit cards became popular in China in this century, our countrys credit card market has maintained a rapid growth trend, because the profitable for credit card business, makes commercial bank’s strategic transformation in the credit card business competition. At present, with the improving of the credit card market development space, the problem of credit card risk is becoming more and more serious, more and more commercial Banks need to consider. Therefore, how to effectively deal with the credit cards risk and protection of business development at the same time is become a focus problem for commercial banks. In this thesis, to analysis the reasons from the present status of using credit card and credit card business risk in commercial Banks in credit risk, operational risk, information technology risk and so on carries, proposed speeds up the legislative process, to crack down on the crime of credit card, perfecting the technology, in order to strengthen the management of credit card technology, the creation of brand, deepen the reform, and create a good environment for the card and so on, to improve the commercial banks prevent credit card business risk methods.
