A lot of asphalt pavement began to enter the peak period of repair and maintenance, which makes asphalt pavement cold recycling technology maintain the widespread promotion and application in the highway construction and maintenance in our country. Asphalt pavement cold recycling technology can make old road asphalt pavement materials to meet the requirements of road performance and speed of construction is quick, also the traffic impact is small, which can save a lot of material resources and funds, and also can avoid environmental pollution, implementing cycle development. This paper based on cement in situ cold recycling pavement as the research object and from the point of view that traffic load impact on cold recycling pavement’s early strength. It determined the traffic structure component in early form of cold recycling pavement strength, through the observation of traffic in the construction period and early stage of opening to traffic ；this paper got the main strength index through the indoor tests of determining the main mechanical properties of the cement stable recycling mixture. Then we calculated, analyzed and researched the cold recycling pavement’ s influence on pavement structure in subgrade construction, road construction and traffic opening according to the KENPAVE mechanics software.
