Using standard orifice plate as throttle device ，after testing some original data such as the differential pressure between both sides of the throttle device ，temperature of the dry-bulb and the wet-bulb ，and so on ，the auto air leakage volume can be calculated. The formulas and methods involved were demonstrated in detail and the experiment was designed based on an analysis of the measurement theory. According to the result of the experiment ，this method proved stable and reliable and can satisfy the requirement of the measurement.
