Methods According to the food categorization system of GB 2760-2014, the main types of unqualified imported food in Shenzhen port, unqualified causes and countries of origin were obtained. The major food categories such as bakery wares, beverages, alcoholic beverages, cereals and cereal products etc. as well as unqualified causes, countries of origin were selected, and then 4×4 contingency tables were established, Chitest function of Excel software was used for contingency table chi-square test(χ2).
